We marinate our lamb in fresh ginger, garlic and rich garam masala. Then we add it to a piquant sauce with potato and onion and finish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped coriander and fennel. Recommended Heating and ingredients:
- Microwave – Simply heat and eat in a microwavable tub. Keep lid on but open to allow airflow. Heat on high for 4 minutes, stir and heat again for 2 minutes. Heat further if required. Take care removing tub from microwave. Serve directly from the tub.
- Stove – Empty the contents into a saucepan, cover and heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally to heat through.
- Onions, Lamb, Potatoes, Water, Tomato pasta, Garlic, Ginger, Vegetable oil, Spices, Chili.
Keep refrigerated at 0-4 C or freeze promptly for a longer shelf life, once opened use within 48 hours.
Once thawed do not freeze, No artificial color, flavors or preservatives.
