Curry Sauce

A rich gravy flavoured with Malaysian spices and coconut cream. Keep chilled < 4 C Once opened. Use within 2 days, or freeze promptly for longer shelf life. Serve With Rempag roti, rice, bread and pasta. Serves prepackage : 2. Recommended heating And Ingredients:

• Water, Coconut cream extract (13%), Tomatoes.
• Tomato juice, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Spices (10%).
• Soybeans Oil, Sugar, Salt, Chicken Stock, Lime Juice.
• Pandean Leaves, Curry leaves.
• Acidity Regulator (330), Stabilizer (415).

Brown 600g of meat, Chicken or seafood in 3 tbsp of heating oil until nearly cooked. Add sauce, heat through and simmer until well cooked. Can serve with Rempah Roti, Rice, Bread or pasta.
